PREPARE A CHECKLIST

Research & save digital samples. Be realistic of your lifestyle needs. Prioritize your budget.

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

Browse all the interior and exterior features & finishes packages in the showroom.

FOLLOW UP

Confirm all the details and selections you have chosen.

Items to Remember: Cheque book, Government-issued Photo ID (Driver’s license or Passport)

3. Milestones & Closing

There are various steps and important milestones leading to closing.

LOW-RISE HOMES

1. Draft Plan Approval
Approval community plan from the municipality.

2. Construction begins

You will be notified when construction commences.

3. First Look Walkthrough

You will walkthrough the work-in-process and review the structure of your home.

4. First Closing

You will be notified the date of possession.

5. Pre-Delivery Inspection

PDI to take a closer look to ensure the finishes match with your selections in the APS, & complete the Certificate of Completion and Possession (CCP)

CONDOMINIUMS

1. Construction begins

You will be notified when construction commences.

2. Topping Off

Completion of the building structure. You will be notified the final occupancy date.

3. Pre-Occupancy

Information will be given including Interim Occupancy, Property Management, etc.

4. Pre-Delivery Inspection

PDI to take a closer look to ensure the finishes match with your selections in the APS, & complete the Certificate of Completion and Possession (CCP)
