I can provide you with a Current Market Analysis (CMA). An estimate of what your home might sell for. If you'd like, I can do this by email or over the phone using recent neighbourhood sales data. However, for a more accurate assessment of your home's potential, it's better if I see your property. This will also allow me a chance to offer you ideas on simple fix-ups that could net you substantially more money, when or if you do decide to sell.
Arriving at an accurate estimate value for your home is one of my prime tasks. Pricing involves analyzing your home and comparing it to other similar houses currently for sale and recently sold in the neighbourhood. It may also include a broader market survey, using sales statistics available only to a qualified REALTORS. In the end, you will be confident that the price you set reflects the true value of your home under current market conditions.
